Chapter 3: The relationship between cities and art
The entire Osaka Kita area (Umekita), which is undergoing a dramatic transformation with the opening of Grand Green Osaka, will become a living museum. Buildings, public spaces, and digital signage will be transformed into venues for art exhibitions.
By turning Umekita into a platform for artistic expression, this initiative will creatively stimulate the daily lives of those who gather in the city. The intersection of urban spaces and artistic expression will open up new possibilities, redefining the relationship between cities and art.
"Speculative Music / New Storytelling"
Following on from the previous art festivals, "Augmented Music" and "Music Existing Together," which attracted a total of 5,000 visitors, this year's fourth exhibition will feature art works by popular Vocaloid artists on the theme of "Speculative Music."
In today's society, where short videos and instant stimuli are the norm, how can the profound questions and narratives inherent in art reach the hearts of young people? We provide an interactive art experience that stimulates the sensibilities and actions of visitors. All works include full musical compositions, combining entertainment and thought. Together with pioneers of internet music, we present a new form of art that inspires imagination and behavioral change for the future.
In addition, limited edition merchandise related to the exhibited works will be on sale. This will be a sudden burst of creative stimulation in the shopping space of Lucua Osaka, allowing you to enjoy a new experience where art and everyday life intersect.

Art signage (inside Lucua Osaka)
The work that has been on display since April is digital signage. Short movie works that can only be seen here, created by artists participating in the "Speculative Music / New Storytelling" group, will be screened on the signage in LUCUA Osaka.
The content will change for a limited time.
May to June: "Harmonious Vacuum" x0o0x_ x Sakuma Hiroshi
The opening of "Harmonious Vacuum" by x0o0x_ and Sakuma Hiroshi, which was performed at "Music Together" at the end of last year, is now available for a limited time on signage.
Like Stanislaw Lem's "Perfect Vacuum," it is part of an installation work that gives the impression of the presence of music surrounded by non-existent things.
April to May: "Aino Musica" (sekai x Haraguchi Sasuke)
The beginning of "Aino Musica" by Sekai and Haraguchi Sasuke, which was performed at "Music Together" at the end of last year, is currently being shown on signage.
Think about the difference in presence between music made with love (AI) by humans and music made by AI.
