We are looking for companies and organizations to sponsor the Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival 2025 and create it together with us.
The Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival Executive Committee (within ARTLOGUE Inc.) will hold the art event "Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival 2025", which will feature exhibitions, art fairs, and art projects in various locations in the Osaka and Kansai region, to coincide with the 2025 World Expo, Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo), which will be held from Sunday, April 13th to Monday, October 13th, 2025.
Based on the theme of "social impact," which refers to culture and arts, economic revitalization, and bringing to light social issues, the event will promote Kansai culture and arts to the world through the Osaka area, as well as engage in international exchange through art, including collaborative projects with countries around the world.
As part of the funding for this art festival, we will work with local governments to utilize a corporate version of hometown tax donations in order to promote the use of private funds in the cultural and artistic fields.

1. 協賛／物品協賛
ご提供いただく協賛金及び物品は、本芸術祭の運営費用等に充当いたします。
物品協賛は、本芸術祭で必要な物品・施設・技術・サービスをご提供ください。ご提供いただく物品やサービスは、市場価格により現金換算した額の1/2相当額を協賛金額とさせていただきます。
100万円（税別）からご協賛可能です。
協賛金額に応じて協賛特典をご用意しております。
※物品協賛は当芸術祭に必要な物品等であることを審査させていただきます。
※協賛金の入金時期及び物品等の納品時期などは個別に相談させていただきます。

2. 企業版ふるさと納税（寄付自治体：大阪府松原市）
当芸術祭の地方創生の財源として、松原市（大阪府）の企業版ふるさと納税が活用されます。
企業版ふるさと納税（地方創生応援税制）は、国が認定した自治体の地方創生プロジェクトに対し企業が寄付を行った場合に、税制上の優遇措置が受けられる仕組みです。
寄付を行う企業の負担割合は最大約９割軽減され、企業と地方双方にメリットがあります。

例）1,000万円の寄付をすると、最大約900万円の法人関係税が軽減。
松原市が窓口になることによって全国の企業が寄付することが可能です。
●企業からの寄付先：大阪府松原市
●寄付金活用の内容：大阪関西国際芸術祭実行委員会（芸術祭の各プロジェクトで活用）
※紺綬褒章の授与：1,000万円以上の寄付があった企業は、松原市より国に紺綬褒章の対象として叙勲の上申がなされます。（紺綬褒章の授与についての最終的な判断は国が行います。）
※今回の芸術祭は、大阪・関西を起点にアートを世界に発信するという点で松原市に賛同いただきました。澤井宏文松原市長は、全国666市区町村が参加する万博首長連合会長及び、近畿の111市で構成される近畿市長会会長として、アートを通して地域活性化を目指しています。
本取り組みを通じて、文化芸術産業を関西から盛り上げていく芸術祭の実現を目指します。

3. 個人版ふるさと納税（寄付自治体：大阪府松原市）
ふるさと納税は、「生まれ育ったふるさとに貢献できる制度」「自分の意思で応援したい自治体を選ぶことができる制度」として創設されました。自分の応援したい自治体や寄付の使い道を自由に選ぶことができる制度です。
松原市（大阪府）を窓口として、「Study：大阪関西国際芸術祭」へ寄付をしていただけます。
