◼︎Contents of Vol.12 of "EXPO PLL Talks Art & Impact: Thinking about the Post-EXPO World with Innovators"
This was the 12th time the event was held, and we welcomed MIURA Takahiro, CEO of The Breakthrough Company GO, as our guest to explore the question, "Is art necessary for business?"
<Excerpts from MIURA Takahiro's comments at the event>
- Regarding "the impact of art on business," he said, "I think that it is very instructive for managers to engage with art as a way of forming habits and training their thinking so that they can make decisions in uncertain situations.
As AI continues to take over the world, taste will become more important. At that time, I think it can be said that the experience of interacting with art will become extremely important.
- On the potential of "art thinking," he said, "Art creates outliers. If the role of AI is optimization, then the role of humans is to create new rules and values. Engaging with art is extremely effective as training for this."
