[LINE Stamp Rally Launches] Osaka-Kansai Expo x Study: Stamp rally and ticket purchase service for the Osaka Kansai International Art Festival launched

お知らせ/info 2025-04-30

The "Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival" Executive Committee (within ARTLOGUE Inc., headquartered in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Chairman: Suzuki Daisuke), in cooperation with IRIS Data Lab Inc., has begun offering smartphone services to visitors, including a digital stamp rally and ticket purchasing service called "Atouch" using the LINE app.

■ Background: Making art more accessible and convenient

"Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival" is a wide-area art project that will be carried out in various parts of Kansai in conjunction with the Osaka-Kansai Expo. In order to make this art festival, which spans multiple venues, more accessible and enjoyable, digital services have been introduced to motivate visitors and increase convenience. In the future, we plan to implement a VIP-only page in preparation for the art fair in July.

What you can do with the LINE app

The newly launched LINE app will provide all-in-one information about the art festival, including the stamp rally, venue information, ticket purchasing, and a list of participating artists, allowing users to enjoy the art festival in a deeper and smoother way with just their smartphone.

Tour the venue with a digital stamp rally

The digital stamp rally feature in the LINE app allows you to collect stamps by visiting each venue. This gives you the experience of touring art spots in a game-like manner, increasing motivation to visit and allowing more people to enjoy the overall picture of the art festival.

Tickets can be easily purchased online

We have implemented "Atouch", a B2C LINE integration tool that allows you to purchase tickets to the art festival from the chat screen of the LINE app. This allows you to flexibly respond to sudden visits. We support a highly convenient visitor experience.

See all the venues scattered around Osaka at a glance

The app allows users to check the locations of each venue scattered throughout Osaka Prefecture. By switching to Google Maps, users can search for the nearest venue from their current location and check travel routes, allowing them to enjoy the art festival while streamlining their travels.

Programs for each venue at a glance

The app contains information about exhibitions and events being held at each venue, and visitors can check the details in real time. This allows visitors to find out in advance which programs will suit their interests, making it easier for them to plan their schedules.

A list of many participating artists

Information on the various artists participating in the art festival is displayed in a list, and you can check their profiles and exhibition contents in advance. By following artists you are interested in, you can expect a deeper appreciation experience.
