Study: The Osaka Kansai International Arts Festival Executive Committee (within Art Rogue Inc., headquartered in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Chairman: Suzuki Daisuke) is pleased to announce that a live event hosted by Shinshu no Immigrations B, a groundbreaking band that combines improvisational performances and poetry recitations, will be held at Osaka Culturarium Tempozan on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

The band will be the centerpiece of this event, which will also feature many artists and DJs from across genres. The unique space woven with sound and poetry will bring new excitement to the Osaka art scene.

Tickets will go on sale from 10:00 on Friday, March 28th on the art platform "ArtSticker".

New Immigrations B

Formed in October 2023. A new type of band that improvises Masamichi Toyama's poetry with guitar, drums, and theremin. Their first live performance was at GROOVETUBE FES in May 2024. They are expanding their activities one after another, such as appearing on radio, art events (Roppongi Art Night, BENTEN ART NIGHT KABUKICHO), Noh stage, and club events. They have released one album and 14 singles, including a collaboration with Maki Nomiya.

"Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival 2025" is an international contemporary art festival that will be held from Friday, April 11th to Monday, October 13th, 2025. This art festival, which overlaps with the Osaka-Kansai Expo, will feature a wide variety of art displays in various locations symbolizing Osaka, including the Expo site on Yumeshima, Osaka Culturarium Tempozan (designed by Tadao Ando), Osaka Prefectural International Conference Center (designed by Kisho Kurokawa), the Nishinari, Semba, Nakanoshima, and Kita areas, and the National Museum of Ethnology in Expo Commemoration Park.
This year, the theme will be "social impact," and exhibitions will be held that link culture and art, economic revitalization, and social issues. As a place to "study the relationship between art, people, and society," the art festival will provide an opportunity to rethink the possibilities of cities through artists and projects from Japan and abroad.
