October 21st (Mon.) African Art Exhibition Opening Event! EXPO PLL Talks "Art & Impact: Thinking about the Post-Expo World with Innovators" vol.11
As part of the African Art Exhibition opening event program on Monday, October 21st, we will be holding EXPO PLL Talks "Art & Impact: Thinking about the Post-Expo World with Innovators" vol.11.
African art, born in the African continent, which can be said to be the source of diverse cultures, will play an important role in connecting the hearts of people from diverse countries across borders and co-creating a future society in which life shines, looking towards the World Expo year of 2025 and beyond.
We will discuss the question, "Can art change society?" together with Oussouby Sako, chairman of the African Art Executive Committee, and Takayuki Sakakida, chairman of Kyoto Shinkin Bank, which is involved in various initiatives for "rich communities" in Kyoto.
