Aiming to hold a large-scale art festival with the theme of "social impact," we have held three "Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival" so far as a preparatory event to verify the feasibility of this.
This year, from April to October 2025, in parallel with the Osaka-Kansai Expo, the "Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival 2025" will be held as a culmination of the efforts made so far, across the Kansai region, centered around Tempozan, Osaka.
This is an international art project originating from Osaka that aims to connect art with people, the city, and society, while working closely with the national and local governments.

Our mission is to create a large-scale international art festival, promote the profit-making business in the arts and culture sector, and build a new model for the arts business.

Our team members come from a variety of backgrounds, including not only art university graduates, but also people who work part-time while working as artists, and many members with no experience in the art industry. They live not only in the Kansai region, but also in the Kanto region and overseas.
We ask our diverse members to work with autonomy and discretion. It is an environment where you can work in a team, reporting and consulting with leaders as needed, sharing information with other members, and collecting information from other departments.
[Recruitment positions]
Taking into consideration the applicant's experience and aspirations, the duties will be determined based primarily on the following candidates.
Depending on your suitability you may be available to take on other positions.
・Public relations/Sales/VIP relations
Proposal sales to corporations to acquire sponsors General sales for the art festival (ticket sales promotion, etc.)
In art festival programs (especially art fairs), building relationships with VIP customers and planning, operating and managing the entire program to attract VIPs.
・Art Coordinator
The art coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the production and management of the exhibition, including production progress, schedule and general budget management, and coordination and cooperation with all stakeholders.
・Administrative staff
You will be responsible for a wide range of support for the overall running of the art festival, including administrative duties, sales assistance, staff management, etc.
・Installer
Technical staff for the installation and construction of art festival exhibitions
[Application requirements]
・More than 5 years of business experience (regardless of industry)

[Work style]
・Fully remote, fully flexible *Regular online meetings will be held. ・Work, including meetings, will basically be conducted fully remotely.
If necessary for business purposes, you may be asked to work on-site (mainly within Osaka City).
